Set up autopay

A credit card that pays its own bill

With AutoPay, you can forget about making your FlexPerksSM Visa® card payment, searching for stamps or worrying about late payment fees or interest charges. By signing up, you can enjoy the convenience of having your FlexPerks Visa card bill paid automatically.

Use Internet Banking to schedule automatic payments each month from the checking or savings account you specify.

To setup AutoPay simply:
  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Select "Make a Payment" in the left-hand navigation
  3. Select the "Future or Recurring Payments" tab
  4. Setup your automatic payment

To begin using AutoPay, just download and print the AutoPay form. Complete the form and mail or fax it using the instructions provided on the form.

AutoPay FAQs

What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is a convenient, free service that makes your life easier by automatically paying your FlexPerks Visa card bill from your checking or savings account. Every month, on the date you choose, your payment will be transferred from your checking or savings account to pay your FlexPerks Visa card bill.

Do I need a special checking or savings account?

No. We can transfer your payment from almost any checking or savings account in the U.S. to pay your FlexPerks Visa card bill.

How is the AutoPay date selected?

On the AutoPay form or in Internet Banking, simply select which AutoPay date option you would like. You can choose either to pay your FlexPerks Visa card bill on the first available date or you can choose a specific date within the month.

How much will be transferred each month?

You decide – whatever is more convenient for you. You can choose from three options: pay the new balance shown on your statement, the current minimum payment due or a fixed dollar amount.

Can I send in additional payments?

Of course! Just mail a check for the additional amount along with your payment coupon and we'll credit it to your FlexPerks Visa card account.

How will I know how much is being paid?

We'll continue to send you a monthly statement, and proof of payment will also appear on your checking or savings account statement. To obtain balance and payment information, please call 877-978-7446 for the FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Signature® card, 800-692-8472 for the FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa card or 800-374-7979 for the FlexPerks Business Travel Rewards Visa card.

How will I know when AutoPay begins?

A message will be printed on your FlexPerks Visa card statement each month that will indicate the date and the exact amount of your automatic payment. You should continue to make payments on the account until you see this message printed on your statement.

What if I need to change something that is already set up on my AutoPay service?

Just call one of our Cardmember Service Representatives and they will assist you. We'll help you evaluate other options. Please call 877-978-7446 for the FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Signature card, 800-692-8472 for the FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa card or 800-374-7979 for the FlexPerks Business Travel Rewards Visa card. You can change your AutoPay payment amount or payment date within "Your Payment Schedule" in Internet Banking.

What information is needed to set up my FlexPerks Visa account for AutoPay?

Use the directions to the right to obtain the necessary information from your checking account. NOTE: If you have a savings, credit union or money market account, please request your routing and transit number from your bank.
